Kelp Noodles


This is my new favorite food:  Kelp noodles!  I cook them in water with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce for about 25 minutes.  Their texture is kind of like angel hair pasta.  Today I added an egg, green onions from my garden, and chopped green beans.  Without the egg this whole bowl is about 18 calories!
