Best chicken broth ever
Today is cold and rainy, and this chicken broth really hits the spot. I make it once a week by boiling a whole chicken with fresh rosemary, thyme, a whole garlic bulb, onion, carrots, and salt. The rosemary and thyme in my garden are big enough to cut some now and then, and it makes the broth so much better! We use the chicken for that night’s meal, and I put all the broth in Mason jars for days like today when I need a nice hot cup of broth or when I’m making soup. This has Campbell’s beat by a mile.
